This web site is dedicated to safety by
teaching our children about the dangers involved, both obvious and hidden, even
in such a simple and common activity as a cookout.
Our story begins with Bobbi, a precocious cat who was spayed before ever having a chance to give birth to kittens. Denied the love and caring that comes from a basketful of furry bundles of joy, she finds a fuzzy ball with ribbons attached and adopts it as her kitten. Sadly, it never meows so Bobbi thinks it's dead. This is why she can often be found carrying it around in her mouth while uttering a melancholy meow. She becomes bored one day and asks her friend JD if they can have a cookout. She doesn't really want to have a cookout--this is simply a ploy to get outside because that's where all the fun stuff is. But JD enjoys cookouts too and decides, "What the hell." |
